Financial Policy

Southern Heights Dental offers a variety of payment options for your dental services.

As is customary for most businesses, payment for Single Visit treatment and Emergency care is expected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards. (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)

Our policy for single visits and emergency services is that payment is due in full at the time of service.

For larger dental treatment plans requiring Multiple Visits, we offer several payment options.


	Option 1: We offer a 5% courtesy fee reduction if you pay for your treatment with cash or check in full at the time of the first appointment


	Option 2: For those individuals desiring more payment flexibility, we offer a Southern Heights Open Account plan. This plan allows you to make three equal payments paid out over a period of three months. (The fist payment of one-third is due at the time of treatment, the second payment is due one month after treatment and the third, final payment is due two months after treatment.)


	Option 3: For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, outside financing is available.

Ask your Treatment Coordinator to provide you with specific details about how to best accomplish your treatment and financial goals.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
