No Insurance? No Worries
Our goal is to help you have the beautiful, healthy smile that you want and deserve. There are many reasons why people stay away from the dentist, but one comment we frequently hear is, "I couldn't come because I didn't have dental insurance." We are now pleased to offer the Southern Heights Discount Membership Program for all of our patients who have no dental benefits.
Program Details:
The annual membership is $139 for existing patients or $199 for new patients.
What's included in the enrollment fee:
- Your initial exam, initial cleaning, and an initial set of x-rays
Plus...
- For dental treatment you complete within 12 months of enrollment, you will receive a 20% discount, with no annual limits. This includes 20% savings on your second annual cleaning, fillings, root canals, bridges, dentures, etc.
- If you require nonsurgical periodontal therapy (also called "deep cleaning") for gum disease, that is not included in the enrollment fee. However, it is immediately subject to the 20% savings, PLUS and $80 discount.
- For each additional immediate family member added to the program, the additional annual enrollment fee is only $139 for existing patients (or $149 for new patients).
Terms and Conditions
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable once any treatment is performed, including the first cleaning.
- Payment for enrollment fee and all subsequent services is due in full is due on the date of service.
- Payment plans are available for those who qualify through CareCredit.
- 20% discount does not apply to products.
